NW Ministers Meetings
These meetings take place once a quarter on a Tuesday from 10am-12.30pm at St Andrew's Leyland. The morning includes teaching sessions with different speakers teaching on a variety of subjects/topics, a newsround up of various events happening around the region, time to pray together for the work going on in the NW and then the morning finishes with lunch. Its a great time of fellowship and encouragement for all Ministers.

NW Youthworks presents - The Third Pig Training Day
Teaching children & young people about Heaven and Hell
17th March 2012, St Andrew's Church, Leyland
10am-4.15pm. Cost £15
Have you ever come across a verse in the bible and wondered how you could ever possibly teach it to a child or young person in your group? This training day will help you understand what the scriptures have to say about the afterlife and how we can faithfully teach that to the children and young people God has put in our care.
As well as bible teaching, a range of practical seminars will also be on offer:
1) Christians online: encouraging godliness on social networks
2) Dealing with death: addressing bereavement
3) Preparing a session
4) How to link midweek attendees with church
5) How to be a great helper
There will also be time to look at how we teach the theme of the day to different age groups.

An Evening Reception on Friday 18th May or Friday 15th June 2012 at 2 Blackburne Place, Liverpool
A chance to look around the NW Theological Centre and hear about exciting developments in the NW.
A light buffet and drinks will be served. Tickets are free but donations will be welcomed on the night.
